Returns:

You have 14 days after delivery to return your items to us. To be accepted, products must be in their original condition: new, unworn, with their labels and in their intact packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order changes:

As our shipping processes are automated, a confirmed order cannot be changed or canceled. We invite you to return the items to us after receipt if you change your mind.

How to make a return?

Send us an email to help@realistic-lightsaber.com using the following format:

  • Subject: Return Order #[Your order number]
  • Email used: [Your email address]
  • Reason for return: [Explain why]
  • Visual proof: [Attach a photo of the items]

Problems and damaged items

We invite you to inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice a defect, damage, or packaging error, please contact our team immediately. We will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation right away.

Exchanges

To receive a new item quickly, we recommend that you return the unwanted product. Once your return has been validated, you can easily place a new order on our store.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you that your refund has been approved.

  • Timeframe: Once approved, refunds are credited within three days: Monday through Friday.
  • Payment method: The credit will be made to the card or account used for the purchase. If a technical issue arises, we may ask you to provide an alternative payment method (bank transfer).

Disputes and Mediation

In the event of a disagreement, we always favor dialogue. Please contact us first to find an amicable solution. In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you have the option of free recourse to a consumer mediator for any unresolved dispute within one year of your written complaint.
